She always presented solutions to possible problems. She marketed my listing very well, following all aspects of the contract, inspections, contact with the buyer's agent, and my tenants. She showed the properties endlessly; she was persistent with all possible buyers, keeping me in the loop always. She has an amazing team of professionals who, like her, were always available to contact me with a solution.
Charlotte is an excellent agent. She is reachable 24/7 and goes above and beyond her duty. She is resourceful and trustworthy. We live in California, and couldn't travel to Florida to sell the house. With Charlotte as agent, I didn't need to travel to Florida because she took charge of the house, found excellent professionals to fix minor issues, and she even regularly went to the house to check three new planted trees and watered them. You cannot ask more than that!
